Does anyone else have a scar their body that will NEVER heal?

I've had a scar on my neck for 22 years of my life that will NEVER HEAL. When I was about 1st or 2 I had a skin growth on my neck and the doctor clipped it off with some special scissors and it formed into a scar. The doc told my mother to use cocoa butter everyday and it will heal, but it still hasn't. I'm 24 years old and the scar is still their, no skin will grow over it. Anyone else out there? Or a similar situation?
