What are the best piercing places in NYC and Brooklyn?

I want to get a navel piercing, side lip ring, and third holes in my both my ears. I went to St. Marks Place in Brooklyn and they did my navel ring (I don't remember the name of the place but it was clean, the I.D.'d me and the piercer used gloves, ointment, informed me of proper aftercare and was very nice (he bought orange juice just in case I went into shock). Unfortunately, maybe two months after I did it, I had to take it out because my lifestyle prevented it from healing well (I ran year-round and did college art classes in my spare time which required me to keel over large pieces of matte board putting strain and friction on my piercing). It never got infected or crusty and when I took it out, it healed well into a clean dot scar. Anyways, I do not have to run anymore or do anymore art classes and I wanted to get it re-pierced. I just want to know the best and clean place to do these three piercings: names as well as the cost of them altogether. Please grant me names from good and clean places with reasonable prices. (Also, does anyone know a place where they pierce with Bioplast instead of surgical steel or nickel?) Thank you so much for taking the time to read this!
