Me. I'm 5'1 - 5'3", and about 145 - 150 lbs. Technically, I should lose at least 15 lbs. Though, I have big boobs (36C, and that's a little small on me...), and a naturally curvy figure, with thick strong legs, and wide hips. I don't feel fat, I just feel like I should get into slightly better shape. That's it.
