Should I call DCFS? Need advice.?

I have found out that my cousin is a drug dealer and we have known that when she was trying to get pregnany about 8 years ago that she was one of those "wake and bake" people. and know i have heard that she is a drug dealer. and has sold as recently as two weeks ago. Now she has and 8 yrs old daughter who is the sweetest thing you could ever ask for but she is being raised in a home with this and being introducted to man after man of mommy's "friends" AKA F*** Buddies. And not only that but she is constantly pawning of her daughter on everyone else because she wants to go out and party. it has gotten to the point where no one will watch her little girl because EVERYTHING that comes out of her mouth is most likely (99.9%) a lie. Not only that but last month she didnt have any money to keep her electricity, water or gas on! She makes almost 150 from her job every two weeks, get 500 from unemployment every two weeks and has a **** buddy out of state who sends her money all the time! How can she not pay her ******* bills!!! i am sorry for my language but this makes me so mad i could spit nails. now i own a resturaunt and she works there and this is all i hear about and im letting her keep the job becuase she is family and her daughter needs a good home. and she isnt getting it. now i know for a fact that her brother has offered to adopt her daughter and they wouldnt keep them apart or anything but atleast there she would get a stable home. should i call DCFS or just write a letter to her brother informing him of the situation. Either way it will be annonymous. I just neeed help. I cant stand her or this situation she is puttting her daughter in.
