Im 16 years old. I havnt hugged my oldest brother in 5 years. I miss him so much he is in a different country.?

Every time my Grandparents call its to say something bad about him. As much as I hate saying this my Brother is an addict. We have lost about 15,000 Dollars just helping him. They say he is a mess. My parents have sent him 2 laptops and he has pawned both of them they were ment for us to stay in touch through skype. I miss him so much it seems like everyone hates him. I'm terrified to think what could happen if he owes money to dealers and they try to hurt him. Its in Mexico so right now things arnt to well over there. If anyone has any suggestions on what I can say to him or things I can do to be more relaxed I would really love it. Thanks and take care
