Good advice for bellybutton piercing?

I would wait to get it done after you go white water rafting because it could easily get infected in the water. Most places pierce you with belly bars because they are better than rings - rings are much more likely to get caught on things ! As long as you keep it clean ( soak twice a day with warm water & rocksalt for 10 to 15 minutes ) and dont touch it it probably wont get infected ;)
