Going On Holiday What Should I Do?

I'm going to Turkey for 2 weeks, i have a 90l tank with a discus , clown loaches, 6 blue neon tetras, 6 lemon neon tetras, 2 congo tetras, harlequins etc.. what should i do? thanks:)
