How do I heal my sunburn (Blisters)?

So yesterday I went to Vans warped tour, and I put a lot of sunscreen on before I went. But I forgot that my shirt hangs off my shoulder when I'm not constantly checking it. So today, its really red and has these blisters. It hurts to even shrug my shoulder. Is there anything other than aloe vera that would speed up the healing process? Answers are appreciated.
