Going on holiday with my girlfriend but I have things I need to discus. Which might end it. Tell her or not?

Got two holidays planned. Our relationship is strong at time but not on a firm foundation and we have small problems at the moment. She has two guy friends (she says she doesn't like but they seeem to see each other alot) who fancy her (one says he loves her) and as it's long distance it's always a weight on my mind. I can't go another year if she still sees these two boys.
