How do I become a body builder?
Okay so usually in november or december idr a school near us has a weight lifting competition and I want to join I'm 15 going on 16 in September my bench well idk I have to max out again but I could do 185 five times for the first time ever today my squat well it's 145 I have a hurt knee so I can't really do much and my dead lift is about 2 something I'm not for sure haven done legs in a week cause of a sprained ankle but I take whey protein after I workout and amin.o acid stuff before and after my workout and I'm trying to get ready for football I'll be running 5 miles a day when my ankle heals and I do play baseball so if I workout and become a body builder will I still be able to play I'm a catcher but I can play anywhere.
