I dont know if i should get my tattoo touched up when its healed?

If it's that pain full you could have an infection. Your tattoo shouldn't be that pain full and the pain should only last a few days. If you don't like the way it turned out you should get it re touched, some places even offer free touch ups. Some times it's less pain full the second time around. If you don't get it retouched then you have to live with your tattoo the way it is.
