If Jesus came to save everyone, what is meant by the verse below?

Therefore speak I to them in parables ... lest at any time they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.--Matthew 13:13-15 Or was Jesus a Jew who came to save only his own people. Not that I believe in Jesus. Thank you
