Knee problem with bungee jumping ?

My brother tore his ACL, MCL, and Minisicis (sound it out i spelled it wrong) and we are going to go bungee jumping and he has been healed for a year, but still has a mechanical knee practically. Can he go bungee jumping with no chances other completely messing up his knee?
