My discus are super sensitive and skittish.?

i've got three discus in a planted 55 gal. two are 3 inches and one is 2 inches. i've just recently introduced them about two weeks ago and theyre doing great aside from the fact that they are super skittish. one i can handfeed and i've had him a little longer than the other two but all three are still skittish. like if i'm moving around in the room or simply walk in they all hide behind the driftwood. the water quality is great, they are eating and getting along just fine. just really sensitive to movement...idk what i can do, maybe it just takes time. any help would be appreciated, thanks.
