Substitute food for bhm/ghm?

I hav 4 discus abt 4mnths old as i am a veggie i am not allowed to feed them bhm or ghm. so kindly suggets me alternate food so that my discus grow properly and stay healthy. presently i am feeding them with bllodworms and tetra bits
