How can I cover up the hole in my belly piercing?

My belly rings fell out of my pocket and my saw!! I told her that they were my friends and she seemed to believe me. Now a day later she randomly asked to see my belly button!! What should I do?! I have only had it a little over a month so it's not close to being healed. If I take it out is there any way besides makeup to cover the hole so I can quickly show her and put it back in?
