What do you call this religion? and other stuff.?

You can't choose neither, there are only 2 options, Heaven or Hell. Either you live your life with virtue, or you live a life of sin. To emphasize the point, human nature is fallen, and needs to be redeemed by God (whom we seperated ourselves from with sin). Also, if you think you have conflict with God, read the book of Job, you'll probably be able to relate.
