What is the best way to look after knuckle/finger tattoos during and after the healing process?

You should stay indoors for a couple weeks so they don't fade. You shouldn't get them real dirty and if you wash your hands just wash yor fingers/palms. Only really wash them in the shower. That's all I know man I'm sure others will help you more, just trying to help.
